These terms govern your use of Nexus Receptionist (the "Service"), an AI phone-answering platform for small businesses. By creating a business account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Nexus Receptionist provides an AI-driven phone receptionist that can answer common questions, capture leads, and book appointments on a connected calendar. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis; it is a tool to assist your business, not a guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly.
Each business account includes up to two phone lines under the standard plan. Businesses needing additional lines should contact us to arrange it.
You may not use the Service to impersonate another business, to harass callers, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, you authorize the Service to access those accounts only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect this access at any time through your Google account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, missed appointments, or lost business resulting from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
